• Configure a Need4Viz pictural element with a custom picture

Environment

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform : all 4.2 Webi versions
• Need4Viz : all versions

Resolution

To configure a Need4Viz pictural element with a custom picture :

1. Open a new Webi document an insert a Need4Viz pictural gauge (or stack). By default, the man pictural is displayed
2. Open your svg custom picture in Notepad (or other text editor) and find the tag "path" and the "d" property :
3. Copy the content of the d value (from m... to ...z)
4. Open the Extended parameters of the Need4Viz pictural component and go to the "Picture" tab
5. Select "Custom" in the predefined list and paste the "d" content in the "SVG Path" field
6. Validate and see the result :
