Windows Service Wrapper error when creating N4V Service

Symptom

  • After execution of the script Create_Need4Viz_service.ps1, N4V Service does not appear in the CCM and the following errors are displayed :

Environment

  • Windows Server
  • Need4Viz : all versions

Resolution

The Need4Viz service created in the CCM needs the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 to run correctly.

Even if the .NET Framework 4 is already installed on the Need4Viz server, you need to install the .NET Framework 3.5 too.
