Error "Select action" displayed during Need4Viz patch/hotfix installation

Symptom
- During the installation of a Need4Viz patch or hotfix (over a previous Need4Viz installation), the following Windows message (or similar) is displayed :
Reason and Prerequisites
Environment:
- SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform all version
- Need4Viz : all versions - Full version already installed
Steps To Reproduce:
- Install a full version of Need4Viz on a Windows server
- configure and start the Need4Viz services
- Install a patch or a hotfix of Need4Viz on the same server
- The error message is displayed
Cause:
- Some files are already in use by the Need4Viz services during the installation of the patch / hotfix. Windows cannot delete them to replace them by the newer version.
Solution
Before installation of Need4Viz Patch or Hotfix, the Need4Viz services have to be stopped on the server.
